Dr. Long is a native of Lancaster County and a graduate of Conestoga Valley High School. She received her M.D. degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 2002. After graduating from her residency in orthopedic surgery at the George Washington University in Washington, DC, she completed a fellowship in sports medicine and shoulder surgery at the University of Michigan. A Board Certified orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Long is a member of both the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, the Arthroscopy Association of North America, and the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine. She is also a member of the Ruth Jackson Society for women in orthopedics.

Dr. Cherian is a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon who specializes in Adult Reconstructive Surgery, also known as Joint Replacement Surgery. Prior to joining LOG in the fall of 2021, Dr. Cherian completed a fellowship in Adult Reconstruction at Florida Orthopedic Institute in Tampa, FL where he studied under some of the leading joint replacement surgeons in the country. He is trained and certified to perform robotic assisted partial knee, total knee, and total hip replacement procedures. A native of Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania, Dr. Cherian received his undergraduate degree from Gannon University in Erie, as well as a post-graduate degree in Biomedical Science.
