Lancaster Orthopedic Group is a physician‑owned orthopedic specialty practice serving Lancaster County since 1985. Now affiliated with Penn State Health, LOG combines decades of trusted local care with expanded access to academic specialty and subspecialty orthopedic services—delivered close to home.
Since our founding, we’ve offered our patients the most advanced surgical and non-surgical treatment techniques. Lancaster Orthopedic Group has three convenient locations throughout Lancaster County with on-site services including physical and hand therapy, x-ray, casting, splinting and orthotics.
