Masks Are Now Optional!

Beginning Monday, June 20th, masks will now be optional at all LOG locations. 

Patients may request that all staff and providers they come in contact with wear a mask.

Masks are still recommended for those at risk (unvaccinated and/or immunocompromised).

Please continue to alert us if you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms or are under quarantine, so that we can reschedule your appointment.
