We get you to right care at the right time and create a care plan built around your goals – no more waiting months to see a specialist. Our team will analyze your symptoms and start care almost immediately. If a surgical consultation is required, we have quick access to those resources.

This means we deploy effective, coordinated non-surgical approaches as part of a care algorithm designed by our physician experts. We integrate:

• Advanced imaging including our own MRI
• Physical Therapy
• Occupational Medicine, and Pain Management Physicians

If surgery is indicated, we have outstanding specialists using the latest techniques and a coordinated approach to post-op care. We also have access to the LOG Surgery Center, the region’s most advanced outpatient surgery center.
